Once you have the transcript of a customer discovering interview and you've asked all the customer discovery questions, you can process these easily with the artificial intelligence and create a customer interview summary.

To record the customer interview and get the transcript I use Fathom with is free and non- intrusive (it does not email everyone or start chat with the other participants)

The summary is useful refer back to for decision-making and guidance. This is specifically useful to build your value proposition later on.

Depending on your workflow, you might need to keep that summary in PowerPoint to get back to you later or to share with your team. Here is the template to do that.
